if you mean the first should be 1 of 800, second 2 of 800 etc the all you
need to type in is 1 of 800 into a cell, then using the fill handle drag it down and fill series -- John MOS Master Instructor Office 2000, 2002 & 2003 Please reply & rate any replies you get Ice Hockey rules (especially the Wightlink Raiders) "Karen" wrote: I have to make labels that will change, for example 1 of 800 or 1-800.
