How can I auto fill cells in excel for example 1 of 50, 2 of 50
 

I have to make labels that will change, for example 1 of 800 or 1-800. I am
not real good at formulas, what is a formula to auto calculate that for me?

if you mean the first should be 1 of 800, second 2 of 800 etc the all you
need to type in is 1 of 800 into a cell, then using the fill handle drag it
down and fill series
