i have a small office with 7 employees and all the employees have separate
computers and they are connected through networking. we have a stock list and the stock list is updated almost every hour. the problem i have is this that 2 employees can not update the file at the same time if one is updating the other can only view. so is there any solution for this so that 2 employees can update the file at the same time. |

You can set the workbook as a shared workbook by going to Tools-Share
Workbook. There are limitations to a shared workbook. But you might want to explore it to see if it fits your needs. Search the help file for "shared workbook limitations" to see which features are unavailable in shared workbooks.
