Default How do I replace A, B, C, Column names, with my own names?

I am Trying to replace the A, B, C, etc names of the columns with other names
that I come up with. I can not find any help with this task.

You can't replace A,B, C etc: the best you can do is have your headings in
row 2 and in Tool=Options=View disable "Row and Column" headers (not
advised by me anyway!)
