IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE WORD ART IN THE BACKGROUND OF AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET AS
YOU CAN IN A WORD DOCUMENT?

Default WORD ART IN EXCEL

TIt is a watermark. The help menu says you can to this in the Format Menu -
shneet - Background.

I have never tried it before in Excel although I have used it in word.

Do you want to be able to print this?

Yes, you can insert Wordart in an Excel sheet.

See here for details on changing transparency and alternatives to Wordart for
watermarking.

Unfortunately this method will not print if that's what TC wants.

Default WORD ART IN EXCEL

Thank you Gord Dibben,
Downloaded Ron de Bruin's 'watermark' samples... did a copy/paste into my
own document, then re-formated the word art.

Probably not the best way to do it, but it worked, so thank you again.
