Hi,
I have a relatively large database in Excel (1700 names) most of the listings are duplicates but I need to store it that way for internal use (watching for trends in team members etc.) I would like to send everyone listed in the database an email using Outlook and a mail merge but I don't want people to receive the email more than once. Is there a way to do this? All I can think of is doing a "Save As" and then manual deleting the names. Thanks for your help! Elizabeth |

Try using AutoFilter (on a small test group first). I think it will do the
trick. -- Please remember to indicate when the post is answered so others can benefit from it later.
