Default Can you call a Web Service from Excel 2007 without writing code?

I'm asking about a SOAP based Web Service. This requires that an XML request
must be sent to the server to obtain the XML response. I'm pretty sure that
Excel can handle the response, but does it do anything special that makes
this easy.

And I would like to do this without writing code, if at all possible. (I
know I can do this in code.)
