I have two worksheets. Each one is a list of PO#'s and info running
horizontally in columns. I want to use the PO# in sheet one to pull data from
worksheet two where the PO# matches.

All help appreciated! Thx!

are u sure your PO#'s are in the same format on both sheets? is the a space
in one sheet and not the other? you can copy same PO from both sheets and put
them equal together to see if you get TRUE if not you might have to use trim
in your formula.
