How to convert angles (nautical, astronomical,...) and vice versa, please ?
Example:

187º 12´ 238´´ = 187,266111 º

¿ como pasar ángulos expresados en grados, minutos y segundos a grados y viceversa como en el ejemplo ?

Format cell e.g A1 as [hh]:mm:ss and multiple this cell by 24

e.g in B1=A1*24

238 is an invalid number of seconds (must be < 60)?

Yes .. I had worked that out! So your data is 182 degrees 15 minutes 38
seconds which is formatted as I described. Putting 238 seconds will not work.

Not 182 degrees 15 minutes 38 seconds, but *187* degrees 15 minutes *58*
seconds, which does convert to the 187.266111 requested.

Interestingly, although Excel won't accept and understand 187:12:238, it
will accept 0:0:238 and allow it to be added to 187:12:00 and get the right
answer.

If you have a calculator with the º ´ ´´ key, you can verfy that it is
ok.

As David pointed out Excel will not accept an entry of 187:12:238 (which was
my point about changing it to 3 minutes 58 seconds) to get 187:15:58 which
allows you to use the hh:MM:ss format
