Default Export (or save as) .csv with text delimiters

Has anyone found a way of coercing Excel 2000 to export .csv files with
delimiter text? e.g: as "Mickey Mouse","Minnie Mouse","Donald Duck"
not Mickey Mouse,Minnie Mouse,Donald Duck

Thanks

Caroline
