Export (or save as) .csv with text delimiters

Has anyone found a way of coercing Excel 2000 to export .csv files with
delimiter text? e.g: as "Mickey Mouse","Minnie Mouse","Donald Duck"
not Mickey Mouse,Minnie Mouse,Donald Duck

Thanks

Caroline

And another alternative:

I think that Earl Kiosterud's Text Write program:
www.smokeylake.com/excel
(or directly: http://www.smokeylake.com/excel/text_write_program.htm)

has options built into that do what you want (right out of the box).
