is there a way, when subtotaling to bring in extra detial to the subtotal
line without manually having to go in and add it. i have a spreadsheet that has names, accounts, descriptions of the account and amounts. When i subtotal i subtotal by despription but then i have to continually look to see what account that despription goes to. i tried manually copying it down and while that does work its also very time consuming when you figure its a 2000 line sheet and i have to do that probably about 200 times. any help would be great appreciated |
