hi,
I have a list which has been exported into excel, I need to copy rows down, but there are gaps. i.e Row Heading data west 123 145 675 East 565 698 123 985 South 122 122 145 How do I copy the row headings which in this example are West, East and South? thanks amanda |

- Select column and F5-Special-blanks-OK.
- Press [=] then [up arrow] then ctrl+enter. (so if A3 is the active cell, enter =A2 followed by ctrl enter.) - Select column then copy, editpastes special values to fix values. This appears to only complete for one cell, rather than copying down the column, is that right? Amanda - you need to use the CTRL+ENTER keystroke to enter the formula
into all the blank cells. Otherwise copy the single formula, choose F5- special-blanks and paste.
