Default finding the second largest number in a list

Is there a way of finding the "second largest" number from
a list of 10 numbers ? I know MAX finds the biggest
number but unsure if numbers of a particular rank in a
list can be identified.

=large(array,k)
i.e kth largestumber
see help for <large
similarly <small
