Taking out an Extra space before some entries in a column
I have an column called "email" with several records having an extra space
at the being of their entry. Is there an automated way to get rid of that extra space without having to touch each record? -- --coastal |

Taking out an Extra space before some entries in a column
In a helper column =TRIM(A1) and fill down.
Copy Edit Paste Special Values OK to get rid of the formulas and copy back to the original column.. HTH Regards Howard "coastal" wrote in message ...
