Default Number in cell will not appear

I have been working on a large spreadsheet over many months with no
problems. all of a sudden I have entered data in a cell, but it is like it
is invisible. The data is there and performs a function as it is suppose to
do, and if that cell is highlighted, the info appears in the function line,
however, it will not appear in the cell. Thank you

Sorry, I found my problem. I inadvertently made the text color the same as
the background color of that cell.
