Default Row & Column Header Display

Hi,

How can I change the color scheme of an (row & column header) highlighted
cell. On some computers it's Orange and some it's silver. Is the color
related to system settings or is it an excel setting?

Thanks!

Not an Excel but a Windows setting
Right click empty part of 'desktop'; select Properties; open Appearance tab
Here is where you get to play with menu (etc) colours
