Default Bookmarks and exporting data into Excel

Does Excel have bookmarks like Word does? I want to export data to excel but
maintain some kind of formatting. So I was thinking that if I had an excel
template setup then I could just dump the data into the spreadsheet via
bookmarks.

If this is not possible, does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank You!!!

Excel doesn't have bookmarks, but it does support named ranges
(Insert|Name|define).
