Default List Boxes in Macros - like Message Boxes

Hi,

I am using excel and can create Message Input Boxes and Yes/No Choice Boxes.
What I want help with though is to write a Macro to create drop down or list
box with several options.

i.e. Say in Sheet 1 I had a list with 30 odd Names in it. How can I create
something like an input box that will display these 30 odd names and get the
user to select one?

Cheers

Angus.
