It sounds like the text boxes you are referring to might be Data Validation messages. These messages can be set up to appear when a user selects a certain cell or range of cells, and they can provide instructions or guidance on what to enter into those cells. To edit these messages, you can try the following steps:
If this doesn't work, it's possible that the messages are not Data Validation messages, but instead are some other type of object that has been added to the worksheet. In that case, you may need to do some more digging to figure out what they are and how to edit them.
