Default Custom Macro View/Print Toolbar for Calendar

We've built a combined calendar that pulls from 4 other calendars and for
that worksheet a custom toolbar for viewing and printing all months and
individual months has been built.

The only problem I'm having is that when the worksheet closes I want the
toolbar to cloase. I've built a macro in the toolbar that closes the
toolbar, but when it closes outside of the worksheet it opens the worksheet
again.

How do I get around this?

(I'm a guru in PowerPoint)
