No easy way as far as I know but you could hold the Ctrl key and select the
columns you want and then paste them into the new sheet. This will paste the columns together with out the missing columns -- John MOS Master Instructor Office 2000, 2002 & 2003 Please reply & rate any replies you get Ice Hockey rules (especially the Wightlink Raiders) "Annie" wrote: Hi If I hide a column or row and then copy and paste the remaining data how can I just show that data on a new sheet without the hidden information.
