Default Formating issue

Is there a limit to how much you can format a workbook only I am getting a
mesage "too many cells too format" and this is preventing me doing any
further work in the book and also I cannot insert further pages from other
workbooks?

Default Formating issue

Besides the KB article, search Excel Help for Excel Specifications - it will
show you the limits for your particular version of Excel.
