Default How to add or delete words to dictionary in Excel

I want to modify the dictionary in Excel. The "help" tells me to go the the
"Language Bar" but I cannot find a language bar. How can I do this?

For Excel 2007: Open the Custom Dictionaries dialog box
Do the following in one of these Microsoft Office programs.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access

Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Program Name Options.
Click Proofing.
Click Custom Dictionaries
