Greyed-out Share Workbook button
I am trying to explore shareing a commonly used workbook with my staff, only
when i try to share it, the command is greyed out. i am using 2003, i have looked at other workbooks i have created and they also produce the same greyed-out condition. Only empty workbooks give me the option to share the workbook. Am i missing something obvious? |

One feature that would make the command grayed out is if the workbook is read only. Did you save as Read Only or have you copied these workbooks off a CD where they would have been set to read only? it's also good to note here that sometimes when you share a workbook, some of
the menu item are greyed out. _______________________ salah "Gord Dibben" wrote: Nippy One feature that would make the command grayed out is if the workbook is read only.
