Default how to define how may rows or columns are present in excel 03

want to show only a few columns on a report i need printed.. do not need
a-z+ and i only need like 15 rows how do i set this up in excel please help
me i am learning this as in a whirlwind for work and would greatly
appreciate the help asap

Default how to define how may rows or columns are present in excel 03

Either select the bits you want to print and Set Print Area under the File
menu, or hide the rows & columns you don't want printed.
Check with Print Preview.
