Next time your DSL acts up, tell your ISP that a tracert to your gateway
shows 100% packet loss and that pings aren't being echoed and that latency is
infinite. Scares the b'jezuz out of Level I techs and you get to talk to
Level 2 right away.

Seems the DNS has gotten itself straightened out -- link now works
directly
for me, using either the URL of
www.exceltip.com or IP of 208.69.121.221 -
so
nothing can really be tested by me now, doggon it.

I guess all's well that ends up connecting.
