Does it cost to download a template for Excel?
Does it cost me to download a template for my Excel program? I am confused by
the 'Service' charge they want me to agree to. Please someone explain it for me. Thanks |

Yes, I'd be very wary of the 'service charge'. Microsoft does not charge
