Default Color of Filter Arrows in Excel

is there a way to change the color of the filter arrow in Excel?

currently the color of the filter arrow in Excel is Blue.
Black and Blue are somewhat difficult to distinguish seperately.
I'd like to change the default color to red.

Not possible to change the color without selecting a different Theme from
Windows Display Properties.
