Formatting time in a Pivot Table
I have a list of mobile calls made in a month for all the company mobiles.
One of the columns is the duration of the call in the format hh:mm:ss The formatting for the column is custom hh:mm:ss This works fine and if I total the column at the bottom I get a total in hh:mm:ss. But when I create a pivot table and do a sum on this column by phone I get a number like 771. I want the values to be in hh:mm:ss. I tried to change the formatting in the pivot table to custom hh:mm:ss but all the values now read 00:00:00 How can I fix this problem? |
