Default Excel users

I have a document that 2 staff members need to access and amend at the same
time, is there a way this can be done without one being locked out each time
the other has the document open?

Help would be much appreciated!

Tools - Share Workbook

you can find additional information in the Excel Help,
otherwise ask here!
