Hi,
I have an Excel workbook at work that is setup just the way I want and need it to be, but when others take it to use, the page breaks aren't in the correct spot (off slightly). And, when they grab the dashed blue lines with their cursor and put them in the correct spot, it scales the book from 100% to 97%. Why is that? Why doesn't the workbook open up in other computers the same way it does in my computer? Thanks. Frank |

Try resizing the margins within page setup.

Why doesn't the workbook open up in other computers the same way it does
in my computer? Automatic page breaks placings are determined by Excel based on a number of things including the printer driver and the user's font settings. -- Jim "M Scott" wrote in message ... | Try resizing the margins within page setup. | | "Phrank" wrote: | | Hi, | | I have an Excel workbook at work that is setup just the way I want and | need it to be, but when others take it to use, the page breaks aren't | in the correct spot (off slightly). Interesting. Thanks. So, I guess the best and maybe only way to get
around this is to make sure the columns and rows are such that they fit in most any computer setting. Thanks very much, I wouldn't have thought that was the problem.
