Default Sheet Protection

HI there,

I have a problem when i protect the sheet with a password and mail it to my
colleagues, the sheet protection is not working on their computers when they
download the statement, they can acess all the cells which i had locked on my
computer.

Any solutions ?

Default Sheet Protection

I've never seen excel behave this way.

I'd double check that I'm sending the correct file--saved with the protection
