Default custom form in Excel Template - ???

I have used Excel template to create a custom form with text boxes, drop
downs, yes & no check boxes and radio button selections. I have locked the
cells that are not to change and have unlocked all the drop downs and text
controls. I have protected the sheet and stated that access is given only to
unlocked cells.

How do I get it to where the tab key moves from one unlocked area to another?
