The way to do it would be to buy a new copy of Excel, uninstall your existing
copy, and install the new copy and the analysis toolpak. Dave -- Brevity is the soul of wit. "Mike" wrote: I DO NOT have my excel CD or anything like that. Mike -
I think you can use any Office/Excel CD that has the same version of Excel as the one that is already installed. Maybe you could borrow the CD from a colleague. There may be some other way to add the Analysis ToolPak, but it's a multi-file installation and it likely involves changes the the Windows Registry. You could search Google or groups.google.com for alternatives. - Mike http://www.mikemiddleton.com "Mike" wrote in message ... I DO NOT have my excel CD or anything like that. I will go for the borrowing of the cd then from someonoe....I didn;t know if
the Dell Applicatoins, Utilities and Drivers CD would have anything on it, and I do not want to try for fear of wrecking everything. Mike It does not. Dell supplies a separate disk with the Microsoft Office Applications. Dell usually installs the ATP, though. --ron |
