How do I turn off auto increment when trying to drag and drop
 
I want to be able to copy data in a cell by dragging it to the cells below.
it autoincrements number unless I hold down the control key I want to turn
off this can I How?

How do I turn off auto increment when trying to drag and drop
 
Probably one of the simpliest is just put in the same number in the next
cell. Then highlight both cells. Then just copy (with the bottom "+") the
range that you want.

Excel then "calculates" that you want the same increment in all the cells
(which is the same number), so you get what your after.

Right-click and drag.

Release button and select "Copy Cells".
