Default Stacked Column - format top line to be jagged

Does anyone know of a way to have the top line of a stacked column look
jagged? I'm trying to give the impression that the top boundary is not a
firm number.

Make a graphic in another package that looks like what you want then copy it,
select the data series, then select the data point and paste.
