Default export from sqlserver in html format with .xls extension and enabling DisplayGridlines

hello, i do the following trick... writing html into a .xls file (from
sql server, for an export - just to have the STUPID zeros not removed
by STUPID .CSV format) . so, everything works smooth, just
DisplayGridLines is set from some unknown reason to me to false :( ...
any fix ? notice that i can't run vba from sql server ;)
