How can you filter the result of a pivot table to show values greater than or
less than a defined value? |

Pivot table
That feature isn't available in Excel 2003 and earlier versions. You can
use the Top 10 AutoShow feature to limit the number of items that are displayed. Right-click on the button for the field you want to limit Choose Field Settings Click the Advanced button Under Top 10 AutoShow, click On, and adjust the Show and field settings. Pivot table
Pivot tables in Excel 2007 have more filtering options.
