Default Printing on Legal Size Paper!

Hi!
My computer will not print on Legal size paper from Excel. All of the
setting are set properly to do so (under Page Setup and Print), as far as I
know. Other programs will print on Legal. At least one other computer in my
office will not do this either.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?? Please help!!

Thanks!
Shosana.

What happens when you try to print? What printer are you using? Do you have
legal size paper in a tray, or do you wait for it to ask you to put it in the
manual tray?

when i print it automatically prints on letter paper, cutting some content
off. it is a manual feed for the legal paper, however it happens whether i
put the legal paper in place before hand, or after i send it to print. it is
a dell printer.

It sounds to me like you need to get Excel to print from the manual tray.

In FilePrint... click on Properties. You should see a place there where you can
select the try. Select Manual, and then print.
