How do I export an emplyee schedule from excel to outlook?

Where in Outlook would you want the data? Calendar? First of all have the schedule range as a named range in Excel then save and close the workbook. Then from the Outlook hit with FileImport and ExportFrom another ProgramMS Excel. Follow your nose from there.
