Default vertical text alignment problem when printing

I have a spreadsheet that was created by another person and it printed fine.
I then imbedded the tab in another spreadsheet. Now when I print it, the
text appears "raised" and some of it actually gets cut off at the top.

the vertical text alignment was set at "bottom". To try something I changed
the vertical text alignment from "bottom" to "center" and it actually brought
the text down some and allowed it to print with cutting it off.

I know this has to do with some setting in the workbook I am in because it
does not happen in other spreadsheets I have.

Please help.
