Default Automate goal seek or solver

Is there a way to automate the goal seek or solver functionality?
For instance, automatically set a target cell to zero by changing another
cell.

You could record a macro and attach it to a button??

Brian Hahn -

If you want to see some previous discussions of this topic, browse to
groups.google.com, and search for "excel goal seek automate" (without the
quotes).

A button really won't work in this case. I have some pro-formas that use
turnover ratios. I then use goal seek to zero in on the turnover ratio that I
use to project forward. The turnover ratio is dependent on a variety of
factors.
I then use a data table to change some of those factors and record an end
result for a sensitivity analysis. The turnover ratios need to be refound
each time the data table plugs in a new value or the results really aren't
correct. To automate this I need to have the solver or goal seek
automatically keep the turnover ratio difference zeroed out. Is there any way
to accomplish this?

It seems that the way to do this is with a macro. I wrote the macro to run
the solver on the cells I want to update. How do I tie the macro to run
automatically whenever the target cell changes value?
For instance, if cell A1 not equal zero, run macro 2 otherwise do nothing.

Thanks
