Default How do I switch my numbering in Excel from Spanish to English?

Even though I have changed my language settings in Office from Spanish to
English, my numbering in Excel still is stuck in Spanish (ie, it uses commas
for periods, periods for commas: ten thousand = 10.000), and I need to make
my numbering system in English. How do I make this change?
