Default Permanently save options

I need to make two changes every time I use Excel:
1. I turn gridlines off
2. I "move selection after Enter".

How do I change the defaults on these settings so that I don't need to
revert them every time I use the program?

Thank you.

The program should remember the setting for "move selection after Enter" from
one usage to the next. If you're loading an existing file into Excel, it
should remember all settings from when it was previously saved.

To make all new worksheets start without gridlines, open a new worksheet and
set the gridlines off (and make any other adjustments that you wish to be
standard). Now use Save As and select Template as the file type. In future,
when starting a new worksheet use New from the File menu (not the New icon on
the Standard toolbar) and select your newly created template.

You can make several templates this way for different setups.
