Default need CORRECT amortization template please

Hi,
I've used the Amortization Template found on the MS site, but I need a
slightly different template. The one on the site is a 360 day schedule, and
I really should be using a 365/366 day schedule. (The 360 day will not take
into account leap years, so it doesn't calculate interest correctly.) Has
anyone modified this template to calculate based on 365 days in a year, or is
there another template that will do this same thing? (I don't really need
the extra payments column, so if the new template is missing that column,
that is fine.)

Thanks!
Jim R.
