Default How to "Find Next" text in protected cells

I have a file with text names in first 3 columns and they are protected. Am
trying to use Find, Find Next command to find names in those 3 columns then
place info in unprotected cells to right. Find All seems to give me a list of
names being searched for but Find Next will not automatically go to cell with
name being searched for when they're protected. Is there anyway to use this
or another method to quickly search for and go to a desired name in a
protected column and enter data in unprotected columns to right?
