How to store email id's?
I wish to store a large number of email id's in excel 2003 in such a manner
that none of the id's repeats while typing or pasting or transfering. Also they are automatically arranged in alphabetical order. Please suggest me. Thanks. -- Raj Babbar. |

How to store email id's?
See this link:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...346261033.aspx You can record a macro to: 1) Delete duplicates as in the above link. 2) Sort the list. You can add many E-mail addresses to the list then run the Macro. If you want you can attached the Macro to a button using the menu: View, Tool Bars and Forms. If you depress the button the Macro Runs. If youre up to it you could trigger the Macro with an Event. With an Event the Macro would run right after you paste or type the Email address into the list. Good Luck! -- Richard "Raj Babbar" wrote: I wish to store a large number of email id's in excel 2003 in such a manner that none of the id's repeats while typing or pasting or transfering.
