Record a macro when you make your changes. You'll see the code.

I tried but it added like 15 lines of code and takes the marco an extra 30-40
seconds
to run and the screen keeps flashing. Is there a 1 liner I can add?

You can edit your recorded code to just the lines that you need. Just keep the
line that changes orientation, for example.
