Assuming that you want to repeat in each page of the same sheet:

Do the following:
1. Click File Page Setup Sheet Rows to repeat at top 2. Move the Mouse pointer to select the first three rows 3. Click Ok Note: If the Excel sheet has data on more than one page, only then you can view the repeating header details on each page.
